Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

To use 444cuci's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Not included on a self-exclusion list or prohibited by any relevant regulatory body.
  • Register using truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension or closure.

444cuci reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only on 444cuci. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 444cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

User Responsibilities

As a 444cuci user, you agree to:

  • Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the systems, servers, or security of the 444cuci platform in any way.
  • Not use any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to manipulate games or the betting system.
  • Do not engage in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through this platform.
  • Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations governing online betting and entertainment activities.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the 444cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and valid.

Identity Verification: All users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Additional financial terms you should know:

  • Deposits: Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users and are subject to the minimum deposit requirements set at the time of login.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of our services.

Account Suspension & Closure

444cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice if:

  • The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms.
  • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or promotion abuse is detected.
  • The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
  • The user provided false or misleading registration information.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be recoverable depending on the nature of the breach.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, images, and software on the 444cuci platform are the exclusive property of 444cuci or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of this platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 444cuci.
